Background

Anna Torma was appointed Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer following the merger of Rayonier and PotlatchDeltic. In this position, Anna oversees corporate responsibility strategy and reporting, and leads sustainability, safety, government relations, and communications programs. At PotlatchDeltic, she held roles with increasing responsibility in public affairs and corporate responsibility since 2018, and served as Vice President, Public Affairs and Chief Sustainability Officer (previously called Chief ESG Officer) since February 2022. Prior to joining PotlatchDeltic, Anna was Senior Vice President Corporate Affairs of Forestar from 2012 to 2017 where she led a variety of functions including investor relations, communications, and environmental health and safety. Previously, she spent nearly 19 years providing investment banking and equity research advice regarding the forest products sector, including through her company, Torma Research and as First Vice President, Senior North American Paper & Forest Products Equity Analyst at Merrill Lynch.

Anna holds a B.Sc. in Forestry from Lakehead University and Bachelor of Laws and MBA from the University of Western Ontario.
